Refund Policy

This is our refund policy for plans on ManiacAudioSounds. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, so its buyer terms also apply.

All payments are final

We do not give refunds for plans. This includes:

• the first payment and every monthly renewal;
• credits you did not use, in any month;
• the rest of the month after you cancel. Cancelling stops future payments, and your plan keeps running until the end of the month you paid for, so you can still use your credits.

Sounds are digital content delivered straight away. When you start a plan, you ask for immediate access to the library and your credits, and you accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you have that access.

Before you pay, you can preview every sound for free and download 10 free sounds a day, so you know what you are getting.

The exceptions

• Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice for the same month, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the extra payment in full.
• Where the law requires it: if the consumer law of the country where you live gives you a right to a refund, we respect it.

Write to support@maniacaudiovst.com from the email address on your account, with the date of the payment. Lemon Squeezy decides on and sends every refund; when a payment is refunded, the credits it gave are removed from your account (as many as are left).
